Volunteering in the Community

White Hall Food Pantry

The White Hall Food Pantry is a community organization dedicated to collecting nonperishable food items for underprivileged families in the White Hall area. The food pantry is operated by the White Hall Ministerial Alliance. These churches include:

It is open the second and fourth Thursdays of the month, January through October, and the second and third Thursdays of the holiday months November and December. For more information on how to become involved with the food pantry, please contact one of the churches above.


White Hall Chamber of Commerce

The WHCC is a volunteer organization of business and community people working together to improve the civic and economic growth of our community. Anyone can join the organization -- business or individual. Major service opportunities include various committee involvements, major events around the city, and more. White Hall Volunteer Fire Department

The White Hall Fire Department is made up entirely of volunteers devoted to protecting the community. Please contact the fire department at (870) 247-0099.

White Hall Part Time II Volunteer Police Officer

The White Hall Police Department utilizes Part Time II-certified volunteer police officers to assist full time officers with community and school security. Please contact the police department at (870) 247-1414 for information on how to apply or how to become certified.
