Trash Collection

Waste Management 6300 West 4th, Pine Bluff (870) 247-3747 The City of White Hall contracts with Waste Management, Inc. to handle garbage pick up. Regular garbage pickup day for White Hall residents is Wednesday. Make arrangements for large item pickup by calling Waste Management.

Help keep your neighborhood attractive by removing your cart from the curb as soon as possible after collection. Your cart is designed to be moved into your garage or other inconspicuous location near your home. Avoid storing your cart near a furnace, fireplace, grill or other extreme heat source.

Your cart is designed for ease of maintenance. To clean, simply rinse your cart with a garden hose from time to time, and let dry in sunlight with the lid open.

White Hall City Crews are scheduled to collect bagged yard waste on Mondays. If you need this service, call 247-2399 no later than the prior Friday to schedule pickup. Begin service by calling or visiting their office.

Do not place paints, solvents, acids, gasoline, oil, hot ashes, medical waste, exposed needles, sand, soil, rocks or concrete in your cart.

Water & Sewer

Liberty Utilities (870) 247-1313 Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday Water and sewer services are provided by Liberty Utilities. The water supply is obtained from two wells that produce up to 700,000 gallons per day. The water storage facility has two tanks, a 50,000-gallon elevated tank and a stand-pipe tank with a 200,000-gallon capacity. The water treatment facility, built in 1963 can treat up to 500,000 gallons per day. Begin new service online.

Hardin Water Association 10919 Highway 270 (870) 247-9639 Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday This company serves Rolling Hills Subdivision and the area of White Hall to the south of Highway 270. Begin service by calling or visiting their office.
